How the Program Works and What is Included:

  • Weekly Live Sessions: Each week you’ll join a small, calm online group where I teach PRT in a simple, down-to-earth way. You’ll learn how to reassure your brain, practice new skills, and understand what your symptoms actually mean.

  • Cohort-Only Private Channel: Each group gets its own private channel inside my membership portal.This is your safe space to:

    - stay encouraged between sessions

  • Direct access to me: You’ll be able to message me directly during the 4-week program for questions, reassurance, or guidance when you need it.

I just wanted to first of all thank Ms Jessica for working with me. I had for years suffered with chronic pain in my back, knees and shoulder. I thought I would suffer with it the rest of my life. Is this program right for me if I have a medical diagnosis?

Yes, our program is designed to complement your existing care. Always consult your healthcare provider before making changes.

Is this group in person or online?

This group is 100% online. You can join from anywhere.

Do I need to show my face or talk on camera?

No. Everything is optional. You can keep your camera off or participate through chat only.

What if I can't make one of the sessions?

You’ll receive access to the replay for any session you miss.


How many people are in the group?

Only 30 spots total are available between both time options. This keeps the group small, safe, and personal.

What happens after I sign up?

Are the Tuesday and Thursday groups the same content?

Yes — same content, same assignments — just choose the time that fits your schedule best.

How much time will this take each week?

Each live session is 60 minutes. Weekly assignments take about 10–15 minutes per day.
